- "Thank you for your ambulatory referral for an Endoscopy procedure. However, we

need the referring provider to place an order for this specific endoscopy

procedure in Epic to be scheduled." Please answer the questions on the order, as

complete orders facilitate being able to sch the pt."

- EXAMPLES of endoscopy procedure orders in Epic: "colonoscopy", "screening

colonoscopy", "EGD"

- 2. CLOSE referral out using reason "DO NOT SCHEDULE"

- WORKQUEUE: VCU GOLD related online / WQ requests,

- refer to 0385-02: VCU GOLD WORKQUEUE / ONLINE REQUESTS
